ESA ELECTION 2018: COMR. Anichebe and Other Exco's inaugurated,  Promises To do this nine Things.



The long anticipated Controversial Education Students Association(ESA) election has come and gone but the aftermath still remains a shock to many as one department (Science Education) smiled home to victory delivering all there Candidates.

The election which took place on 27th November 2018 at The ESA Faculty Lecture Theatre can be said to be a tug of Combat based on the resoluteness of Department of Science Education  led by Comrade Tobias  To produce the president of the faculty for the first time since the creation of The association. 

Amazingly, science education department not only produced the President but also another Two Position.

While some of the contestant who lost have sent in their Appreciation and Congratulatory message. It is pertinent to point out some Points or policy of the President-Elect promised during  his  manifesto Campaign.

The presidency contested by Three(3) Aspirants was Stubbornly, resolutely and tenaciously won by Comr. Anichebe Raphael who was one Time Chairman SUG House Of Rep. Committee on Academics and later Contested for SUG Secretary General though Failed to win but has triumphed as the Education Students Association President defeating  other contestant with Wide margin having Garnered   294 Votes out of 595 Valid Votes. While his Closest Rival By Name Comr. Azegba George got 194 Votes and Comr. Atume James got 104 votes.

Comr. Anichebe Raphael who as of the time of filling this report has been sworn in has During his Manifesto pointed out many things he hopes or Must achieve and what he will not do If he Emerges as the president before the End of his Tenure.
The New Executives after The Election

They includes:
1) I will not syphon The Association Money.
2) I will carry everybody along
3) I will make sure that Every Executive works hard 
4) I will make sure ESAites have conducive Environment for Learning
5) I will fix the Faculty Theatre
6) I will Repaint the ESA hall 
7) I will Fix Public Address System in the hall
8) I will foster peace and Unity among the various departments.
9) I Will Plan Homecoming for The Alumni to get Funds to Carry out Most of this Project..
