Jovial and Smart aptly describes Ayogu Chinenye, the crowned Miss ESA_UNN(Education Student's Association), emerged during The beauty Pageants contest, which took place  at  ESA Faculty theatre During the Faculty Award Night. Out of the many beautiful contestants, Chinenye, Softly called Diamond by her friends and schoolmates, emerged winner of the faculty beauty pageant. In this interview with Nwaigba info blog, she reflects on how she feels as Miss ESA and and lots more. Excerpts:

What Inspired you to Contest for Miss Esa 2017? 
I have always loved Modelling, In secondary school where I started, I won. I got encouraged by the president of my Department, I did it for the sake of Fun.

What stood you Out Among other contestant?
 I believe I wasn’t there to copy, I just did my thing and it worked out.

Who is Your Role model?
I don’t really have any role model but I love Genevieve Nnaji.

Do You have any Project for ESA students?
I would like to train other students to bring out their passion for pageantry and support beauty project. Blending academics and lifestyle.

How Do you feel as Miss ESA?
 I feel so normal. People around me are always happy to have a Miss  and a beauty queen around them both at home and In school.

What was your Reaction when the result was Announced ?
I didn’t believe that I will  fail because I knew within me, that I have tried! When I heard my name I was so happy.


What was your Parents Reaction over Your crown and status as Miss ESA?
when the News got home, my Mum wasn’t interested in those Stuff (Lol) but I was Encouraged by my Aunty.

What advice do you have for other Girls out there ?
if you have the Passion and  wants to stands out in the crowd both boys and girls , just go for it, work hard and don’t be intimidated by what others said or will say.

Any Shout out? 
Shout out to my Make up artist Chidinma, Lodge mates; ifeoma and Onyinye , Roommate; Peace , my friend driver, and Chinonso, and also my Course mates, they were there for me and I want God to bless them for me. I also want to give a shout out to Everybody who was there that day and the Entire Esaites…
