Charly Boy , born Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa , 19 June 1951 (also spelt Charlie Boy and known as CB , His Royal Punkness , and Area Fada ),  is a Nigerian singer/songwriter, television presenter, publisher, producer and one of Nigeria's most controversial entertainers, best known for his alternative lifestyle, political views, and media productions, most notably The Charly Boy Show .

He has Been at the Forefront of Campaigns against the Impunity and Atrocities of this APC government. He is the Convener of #OurMumuDonDo and #Buhari_RESUMEORRESIGN Campaign.

22 suspected Nigerian yahoo boys arrested in Ghana The Ghanaian Police who told newsmen that they are processing the suspects for court, according to citinews, said the suspects will be repatriated in coming days which they believe is in the right direction to reduce the level of crime in the country. This is coming after the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Lagos Zonal office, arrested 15 suspected Internet fraudsters for offenses bordering on obtaining by false pretense, lottery scam, and love scam.
