A UNICAL GRADUATE INVENTS DEVICE ABLE TO CHARGE PHONE WITH WATER A UNICAL graduate has gathered attention following the invention of a device which charges mobile phones with water. Augustine Otuokwa Ogar, a graduate of the University of Calabar (UNICAL), has developed a cool device able to charge mobile phones » with water. The device, powered through a hydroelectric energy source, was created from materials obtained locally.
